Mathews Drenalin for Sale

I just picked up a mathews drenalin. I need a stabilizer, a quiver, and a rest and am not sure what to get. Any suggestions?

I am going to purchase a new bow this year. I have been looking at alot of them. I have narrowed it down to the Mathews Drenalin or the Martin Firecat Pro-x. I am leaning towards the Firecat pro-x because it is faster, lighter, and less expensive.
